These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Imovelcheck website and property analysis services. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Imovelcheck provides independent property analysis reports based on publicly available data, submitted documents, and automated verification processes. Reports are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice.

2. Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Imovelcheck does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources. Reports should complement, not replace, professional legal and technical due diligence.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If we are unable to deliver a report, you will receive a full refund. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if the report scope is limited due to data availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All report content, branding, and website materials are the property of Imovelcheck. Reports are licensed for personal use by the purchaser and may not be redistributed commercially.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon.
